iPerceptions announced its 4Q Suite, a SaaS (software-as-a-service) solution that lets users combine voice of the customer (VoC) and Google Analytics data. Since it collects the data at the session level, 4Q Suite is intended to tie what customers did to why they did it. With detailed analysis, Google Analytics helps pinpoint VoC and make it easier to communicate with the customer.
The 4Q Suite also delivers Industry Analysis, enabling clients to gauge their strengths and weaknesses as compared to their competitors. The new release is designed to provide a simple way to prioritize efforts and monitor progress on improvements.
