Wiley Makes Scientific PDFs Interactive With the ReadCube Web Reader

John Wiley & Sons, Inc., a provider of content and workflow solutions in areas of scientific, technical, medical, and scholarly research; professional development; and education, launched Labtiva's ReadCube Web Reader on Wiley Online Library. PDFs read with the ReadCube Web Reader feature hyperlinked in-line citations, annotations, clickable author names, and direct access to supplemental content.

The ReadCube Web Reader is available now on 109 journals in the Wiley Online Library and will gradually become available for the whole collection during the first half of 2013. Users of the ReadCube Web Reader can save articles and annotations to the free ReadCube Desktop reference manager for PCs and Macs. ReadCube Desktop offers additional features to help researchers organize their academic literature, acquire articles without the hassles of proxies and logins, and discover new research through easy search tools, including a recommendation system based on reading habits.
