TRADOS Announces TeamWorks 2

TRADOS Inc., a provider of information solutions, has announced the launch of TRADOS TeamWorks 2, a solution that is designed to accelerate the global information lifecycle. The new solution is intended to help customers overcome persistent barriers in reaching global markets, such as delayed product and campaign launches, inconsistent multinational branding, low customer satisfaction due to poor communications, and operational inefficiencies in their globalization processes.

TRADOS TeamWorks 2 delivers capabilities in four areas: accelerated localization and publishing; improved global information quality; reduced costs; and increased visibility and control over the global information lifecycle for executives and managers. Other TRADOS TeamWorks 2 capabilities and enhancements include: expanded collaborative workflow services; project templating to speed project setup and simplify automation of the localization process; integrated vendor management to automate cost estimation and simplify vendor selection according to vendors' capabilities and pricing; personalized Web-based portals where internal and external customers can initiate and track localization requests and projects; extended capabilities for active content monitoring that detects changes in repositories throughout an organization, and automatically takes action, triggers alerts, and updates; and enhanced reporting to provide business, productivity, progress, and quality assurance information for executives and managers.
