Scopus announces launch of Scopus Journal Analyzer

May 30, 2008

Scopus, the database of peer-reviewed literature, announced the launch of the Scopus Journal Analyzer, a new feature that enables users to evaluate and compare journals using article and citation data. The Scopus Journal Analyzer enables users to select and compare up to 10 journals simultaneously. The first displays the total number of citations the selected journals receive, the second shows the number of articles published by each journal over time, and the third provides the number of citations received in that year.
