Repucom Acquires Image Impact

Repucom America, LLC, a broadcast content measurement provider in the U.S., announced the acquisition of Kansas City, Kansas-based Image Impact, Inc., a provider of brand placement measurement in mass media programming.

The merger of the companies will consolidate the measurement of content in the U.S. and global sports markets. It will take place over the next 6 months.
Image Impact will become part of RSMG Insights, a sports marketing research agency, along with Repucom and SPORT+MARKT AG, which is based in London.
