Cadmus Communications Corporation has announced that The Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School will use RapidRights from Cadmus ArticleWorks for digital rights management (DRM) protection of its role simulations and case studies. PON is a research center for multidisciplinary studies on negotiation and is made up of faculty from Harvard University, MIT, and Tufts University. Cadmus will assist PON in the sale and distribution of protected PDF versions of negotiation teaching exercises through the PON Clearinghouse. ArticleWorks is intended to enable PON to sell electronic versions of its exercises without the risk of unauthorized use or distribution. ArticleWorks is a content delivery and digital rights management system with ecommerce functionality that enables publishers and other content providers to deliver content on demand in either printed or secure electronic formats.
