Orange Chooses InStranet's Channels In-Line

InStranet, Inc., a provider of content-based applications for the enterprise, has announced that Orange France has selected InStranet's recently released Channels In-Line application to automate the distribution process of sales and marketing information to its network of distributors and resellers. By implementing Channels In-Line, Orange hopes to organize and distribute information on its products and services, evaluate the impact of its promotions, and gather specific feedback from its distribution network for increased operational efficiency. Orange selected InStranet's CIL application to both automate this information distribution and offer an information creation process. CIL also provides each channel with a calendar of future promotion production offers and alerts to help them capitalize on operational content that has been specifically targeted for their needs. With its built-in business indicators that measure the impact of content usage on sales productivity, Channels In-Line is designed to enable Orange's operational team to analyze how the distributed information contributes to success in the field. CIL solicits feedback from the field, allowing marketers to evaluate the results of local operations by identifying regional differences and helping them to adjust subsequent campaigns with more precise targeting.
