Clarabridge, provider of customer experience management (CEM) solutions, has launched Bridge to Success, a new partnership program that enables leaders in business leverage Clarabridge’s text analytics technology to enhance CEM offerings. The new program includes 11 existing partners, as well as new members ACS, Adastra Corporation, Marketforce, Neighborhood America, Nexidia, Omega Management Group Corp., Teradata Corporation and Vovici.
