National Music Publishers' Association President and CEO David M. Israelite announced that the trade organization is joining a class action lawsuit alleging massive copyright infringement by YouTube and its parent company, Google. The lawsuit, The Football Association Premier League Limited v. YouTube, Inc., is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
