MarketWatch.com, Inc., a multi-media publisher of business news and provider of financial information and analytical tools, has teamed with eSignal, a provider of streaming, real-time financial market data, news, analytics, and decision support tools and a division of Interactive Data Corporation, to launch CBS MarketWatch LIVE, an online streaming, real-time news and market data product that is also compatible with portable handheld devices.

CBS MarketWatch LIVE offers eSignal's market data, along with integrated news and commentary. This new service provides quotes from global markets, streaming charts and market depth, including NASDAQ Level II. CBS MarketWatch LIVE users may access and use the integrated news content by right-clicking on any symbol to pull up content, including news, company profiles, bulletin boards, insider trades, SEC filings, market advisors, and annual reports.

Among the features offered to subscribers of CBS MarketWatch LIVE are: Global Market Data, including U.S. and Canadian stocks and futures, U.S. options, European/Asian/African/Australian stocks and futures; CBS MarketWatch News and Commentary; Up to ten portfolios, featuring customizable data fields; Streaming charts with analytical studies; Market scanners with customizable searches that screen the market for buy and sell opportunities; Snap Quote window that provides a view of each symbol; Forex data; Time & Sales; and Access to other traders via bulletin board through the eSignal Central Web site.
