Liquid Wireless, a Publishers Clearing House company that specializes in mobile lead generation, media buying and analytics, announced the launch of a cost per acquisition mobile targeting platform called the Liquid Targeting Platform.
The proprietary Liquid Wireless platform is built around survey data that PCH customers answer prior to entering a sweepstakes. The first party consumer data collected is used by Liquid Wireless to segment audiences, and target relevant offers to consumers who have opted into the program. The targeting parameters include, age, gender, and location, as well as device, carrier, household income, and more.
All data is validated using third party sources, while maintaining consumer privacy. This information is used to help drive targeting based on the marketers end goals and ROI targets.
