Lifetime Introduces Digital Platform

May 05, 2015

Marking its first original scripted content for non-linear distribution, Lifetime will launch the short-form digital platform Fall Into Me (a working title), featuring eight series of romantic drama stories. Catering to the fast-growing romance-fiction marketplace, each of the eight series on the Fall Into Me platform consists of eight webisodes, six-minutes in length, which can be discreetly enjoyed on phones and tablets.

The romantic digital episodes will be told from a woman's point-of-view, in close-camera form. The concept for Fall Into Me comes from Daytime Emmy Award nominee Guy Shalem, who will lead a team of creative storytellers for each series on the platform.

The platform will launch this year.
