Idiom Closes $6 Million Round of Venture Financing

Idiom Technologies, Inc. (Idiom), an enterprise software company that combines XML publishing and globalization, has closed a $6 million round of venture financing. The Series E round includes investors Sigma Partners, North Bridge Venture Partners, Globespan Capital Partners, and Greylock. Idiom will focus the capital on customer-facing initiatives, including customer service, sales and marketing. The new funding is expected to enable Idiom to accelerate sales of WorldServer OpenTopic, the company's XML and DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture)-based publishing solution, and related products.
