Hoover's, Inc. has signed an agreement with LinkedIn to integrate elements of LinkedIn's functionality into Hoover's online business information platform. Hoover's customers will be able leverage existing connections within the Hoover's workflow.
The LinkedIn integration will provide B2B sales professionals with an interface that will incorporate their own LinkedIn networks within the context of Hoover's business data, which is powered by Dun & Bradstreet's DUNSRight process. By incorporating LinkedIn into its core platform, Hoover's will help sales professionals network their relationships to identify their best business prospects.
Hoover's expects the LinkedIn integration to be complete in 1Q 2011.
