Elsevier Releases Reaxys

Feb 13, 2009

Elsevier, a publisher of scientific, medical, and technical products and services, introduced Reaxys, a new workflow solution for synthetic chemists. Reaxys is based on data from Elsevier’s chemistry databases (CrossFire Beilstein, CrossFire Gmelin, and Patent Chemistry Database) now merged together. Reaxys also contains new features including a synthesis planner and advanced results handling to help scientists gather information. Features include workflow and decision making support for synthesis design and planning, quick access to data by displaying results in a tabulated overview, and output of data in most common formats.
