Break Media Launches “Break Stimulus Package”

Break.com, an online video and entertainment destination for young men, announced it is launching its own “stimulus package” that is designed to put more money in the pockets of users and content creators in the face of trying economic times and a cut back of original content programs at other online video sites. Under the “Break Stimulus Package,” the company says it will increase by 50 percent this year it’s investment in content purchased from its users and other amateur filmmakers. Last year, Break acquired more than 275 videos short films from its users. Break estimates it pays $200 to $1,000 for original content videos and shorts.
