The Web Marketing Association called for entries to its 10th annual Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards for 2012. The industry-based advertising award competition is dedicated solely to online advertising, and covers all forms of online ads in 86 categories, including email, newsletters, mobile apps, websites, video, and social media.
The competition highlights the importance of online advertising expertise in a time when budgets, including ad dollars, are tight. The awards also serve as third-party validation of advertising efforts for potential and existing clients to see. Open to any ad agencies, corporate marketing departments, small business owners, and individuals, the IAC Awards are given based on creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting, and use of the medium. Competition entries must be submitted by January 31, 2012.
