Job Description

The Solutions Architect will work closely with the sales team to map customer business requirements to technical solutions and provide technical leadership and oversight to the implementation of these solutions. This is an individual contributor position responsible for the overall design and technical oversight of complex technology solutions driven by business initiatives in customer environments. This responsibility typically spans all layers of the business infrastructure and interfaces with the customer and executive management to define requirements and recommend solutions.

  • As part of pre-sales and post-sales phases, architect and design leading solutions that support industry leading best practices in technology, features, performance and scalability.
  • Lead teams of Implementation Consultants comprised of Client, customer and partner resources.Provide technical direction and guidance, development oversight, and support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Responsible for the technical design of client solutions. This includes a lead role in project discovery, creating development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.
  • Provide technical problem resolution to complex issues.
  • Contribute to on-going process and methodology improvements within the Client Support team.
  • Work with cross functional teams such as engineering and quality assurance to provide feed back and support the evolution of the product.
