Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Webcast Project Consultant to join our dynamic and expanding team in Europe. This role will require you to manage webcasts for high profile companies in the EMEA region, establish excellent working relationships with clients and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service that the company is providing.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to clients
- Managing and executing webcasts for our corporate clients
- Managing all elements of a webcast project including related third parties, eg audio visual production teams, coordinating content delivery and event production, recording and broadcasting of webcasts, reporting and quality assurance
- Work closely with the Event and Video teams and global counterparts to ensure that a seamless service is provided to our clients
- Excellent project management and organizational skills - including the ability to work on multiple projects under strict deadlines
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up to date with changes
- Undertake any ad hoc duties/projects as requested
Qualifications
Person Specification
1 – Education and Training
- A’ Level or higher
- European language
2 – Skills and knowledge
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and Flash in particular)
- Minimum
- Macromedia DreamWeaver
- MS Office
- Windows Media Encoder
- Working knowledge of FTP, CSS, XML
- Audio Visual production desirable
