Job Description

As the Assistant Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that each web archive is turned around with accurate timings within agreed timescales, and maintain and update the library of all events. Assisting the Project Managers in a day-to-day capacity includes completing the online checklist. You must possess excellent communication and organisational skills along with a genuine commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver requirements within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Ensure that as a member of the GES Web team you contribute to providing a seamless service to all Genesys customers

  • Work closely with the Event and Video teams and global counterparts to ensure that a seamless service is provided to Genesys Customers

  • Maintain product knowledge and keep up to date with changes

  • Undertake any ad hoc duties/projects as requested

  • External – All existing/future Genesys customers and vendors

Flexibility is required to meet customer requirements. Bank Holiday working may be required.

 

This role may be required to travel to any of the Company’s sites from time to time in the course of carrying out their duties. Extra hours of work may be required to deliver the role to the satisfaction of the company.
