TagMan, a tag management system with real-time attribution for enterprise e-commerce, announced it has closed $2.25 million in Series A funding led by Greycroft Partners. Other investors in the round include iNovia Capital and Angels. TagMan previously raised $2.1 million in Angel funding, the most recent in February 2010 led by Cambridge Angels and the London Business School E100.

Enterprise cloud computing company Salesforce.com announced it has completed its acquisition of Dimdim for approximately $31 million in cash. Founded in 2007, Dimdim develops real-time communication technologies, including presence, messaging and screen sharing. According to Salesforce.com, the company will use the acquisition to bring new real-time communication capabilities to the Chatter collaboration platform.

YouSendIt, Inc. announced the acquisitions of Attassa, an email collaboration company, and Zosh, an e-signature provider, for undisclosed amounts. YouSendIt will acquire the technology and personnel of the companies.

ConnectWise, a business management solution designed for IT service providers, announced that it has completed integration with VirtualTone, a dedicated VoIP business solution. VTone Sidebar allows for the integration of VirtualTone's inbound and outbound IP calling capabilities with ConnectWise's Business Automation Software.

Adeptol announced that GSoft, a content management and broadcast resource planning solutions company, successfully integrated Adeptol's document viewer into its CMS platform Adendo. The AJAX-based document viewer from Adeptol provides faster rendering and viewing of over 300 document formats, with a faster loading time and better user experience.

CMS vendor Kentico Software announced that Kentico CMS 5.5 R2 will be released by Dec. 15, 2010. It will be showcased at the LeWeb'10 conference in Paris. The new version of Kentico's enterprise CMS provides document and project management, Microsoft Azure support, WebDAV, workgroups, and SharePoint 2010 support.
