Imperva is bringing abboard Terry Schmid to serve as its chief financial officer. Schmid will oversee a variety of functions within the company, including finance and IT. Schmid has more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership and has serves as CFO for multiple companies.
In related news, Imperva is also adding Scott Darling as its new vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. Darling is joining the company from Microsoft, where he was responsible for all legal affairs, including during the company's acquisition by Microsoft.
Innovative Interfaces is getting a new director of new sales for North America. John Rose has more than 8 years of experience in the library software field, and most recently served as vice president for LibLime. He has also previously served as director of eastern regional sales for Endeavor and eastern regional sales manager for SirsiDynix.
