Lagardere Active announced that Steve Parr will take over as president and CEO of Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., Inc., replacing current CEO Alain Lemarchand. Lemarchand will move to a senior management position with Lagardere Active, effective October 1. Parr has had a 25 year career in the publishing industry, spanning two continents and numerous magazines and online properties.

Wolters Kluwer appointed Stacey Caywood as the new CEO of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory. Caywood previously headed up Wolters Kluwer Law & Business and has an 18-year career at CCH and Wolters Kluwer. Prior to serving as CEO of Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, she held the role of vice president within that same business unit. Mark Dorman will take over as president and CEO of Wolters Kluwer Law & Business.

PTC appointed Jeffrey D. Glidden as its new CFO, and the newest member of its executive leadership team. Glidden's past experience includes stints with Airvana, RSA, and Bayan Systems.

ADAM Software announced that Jan Dejosse has been appointed as the company's new chief marketing officer. Dejosse joins the company from COLT Technology Services, where he served as marketing manager for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg region. He has previously held roles as both a marketing manager and solution architect.

Author-it is appointing Sharon Burton to be its Product Evangelist, in which role she will be responsible for marketing communications and project management. Burton has more than 18 years of experience as a technical writer and product evangelist, and has taught at the University of California as well as managed her own consulting company.
