Google promoted vice president Susan Wojcicki to the position of senior vice president. Wojcicki joined the company early on in its history and was responsible for the creation of major projects such as Google Doodles and AdSense. Wojcicki also once acted as the company's "landlady," having rented her garage to founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin to serve as Google's offices shortly after the company was founded.

TechTarget appoint ted Maureen Donnelly to the position of vice president of finance. Donnelly has extensive experience at public tech companies, including stints as VP of finance with iBASIS and Stratus Computer. Donnelly will report to CFO Jeff Wakely.

[x+1] added two sales leadership positions. The company named Michael Dubin as its new vice president of agency sales, and also brought aboard Matthew Wong to serve as senior director of western sales. Dubin joins [x+1] from Yahoo!, where he led the Agency Development Group, while Wong most recently served as west coast director of digital sales for Time Inc. Corporate Digital.

Aviana Global Technologies named Mark Ishikawa its new vice president of sales and marketing. Ishikawa has 16 years of experience in the software sales industry and was most recently a partner at Ineum Consulting. The company also added John Martin, another Ineum Consulting alum, as its director of sales.
