iCentera Introduces icSuite for Salesforce.com

iCentera, a provider of intelligence centers for marketing and sales effectiveness, and salesforce.com, a provider of on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, have announced the launch of the icSuite for Salesforce.com. The icSuite is designed to provide salesforce.com customers with on-demand offerings such as advanced content management, custom portal creation, and real-time content and portal analytics. iCentera is a salesforce.com partner and the icSuite has achieved the "sforce Certified" designation.

Sforce partners were created to expand customer choice with a range of new customer-centric solutions for business requirements including, contact center, email marketing, ERP, integration, social networking, and more. All solutions are built using open standards on the sforce on-demand platform, an enterprise Web service. The icSuite for Salesforce.com is designed to provide advanced sales effectiveness functionality including automated portal creation, advanced content management, content and portal analytics, online sales guidance, and collaboration.
