The latest version of Widen's flagship DAM system will make it easier for creative and marketing teams to manage complex projects, distribute content, and track engagement across the internet.
New share links and dynamic embedding tools in version 7.2 of the Media Collective give marketers greater visibility with content creation and distribution strategies. With images and PDFs, marketers will be able to analyze engagement down to the number of views, web locations, referring URLs, and geolocation of viewers. With videos, the Media Collective will track the number of plays, average watch time, completed plays and more. This will help marketers measure the impact of their digital assets and collect feedback that guides future campaigns.
To make these tracking and analytics capabilities possible, Widen has introduced two key features: dynamic links and embed codes for images and PDFs, and video links and embed codes, streams and posters with JWPlayer.
