BEST PRACTICES SERIES

VitalStream, Inc., a provider of integrated content delivery services, and InteleNet Communications, Inc., a regional provider of managed hosting and data center services, have teamed up in an effort to increase the network capacity and redundancy of their respective networks. The alliance is intended to blend the expertise of two engineering teams to increase the network presence of both companies' services. Each company's network will act as a fail-over, always available for the other's network. Ultimately, diverse paths of fiber further ensure reliable delivery of media streams and data for the customers of both companies. The alliance is expected to bolster the reliability of VitalStream's content delivery network and InteleNet's network with additional capacity.
