comScore, Inc. recently released it's September U.S. Online Video Rankings. The data, which comes from the comScore Video Matrix service, showed that nearly 182 million people watched online video content in September in the U.S., for a total of 39.8 billion video views. The top 10 video content properties (ranked by unique viewers) were as follows.

Online Videos Views and Growth from September 2010 to September 2011
The following chart from comScore provides a look at the one-year growth of online video. Online video views are up nearly 30 percent since last September, and the chart shows a pretty rapid rise since last February. There appears to be little doubt that onine video consumption is skyrocketing.
