Stellent Releases Sarbanes-Oxley Solution Version 7.5; Universal Content Management 7.5

Stellent, Inc., a provider of content management solutions, has announced the release of version 7.5 of the Stellent Sarbanes-Oxley Solution and the Universal Content Management Solution.

Stellent Sarbanes-Oxley Solution is a product designed to help companies streamline their processes for complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The new features and functionality in version 7.5 are customer-driven enhancements developed to speed implementations, increase ease-of-use, and augment reporting capabilities. The enhancements also were shaped in conjunction with input from Protiviti Inc., an internal audit and business and technology risk consulting firm, with whom Stellent holds a strategic integration and consulting agreement.

Version 7.5 of the Stellent Sarbanes-Oxley Solution includes the following new features and functionality designed to speed implementations: Content and process reuse; Pre-defined templates; Documentation levels; and Enhanced financial element mapping. The following enhancements in version 7.5 are intended to increase the ease-of-use of the Stellent Sarbanes-Oxley Solution: Risk/control matrix navigation; Context-specific search; and Enhanced design effectiveness. In addition to expediting implementations and enhancing ease-of-use, version 7.5 includes augmented reporting capabilities that provide users with higher-level views of current and upcoming compliance activities, as well as the ability to drill down into more specific tasks.

Stellent has also announced the release of Stellent Universal Content Management 7.5. Version 7.5's new features and functionality are customer-driven enhancements that are designed to speed deployments and increase ease-of-use. The new capabilities are further bolstered by Stellent's Universal Content Management architecture, which provides one content management platform that can be applied across multiple applications — including compliance and records management, multi-site Web content management, partner and customer extranets, infrastructure consolidation, and financial processes.

Stellent Universal Content Management 7.5 offers the following additional features and service enhancements: Collaboration project dashboards; Integrated imaging and business process management capabilities; Business process management certifications; Configuration migration utility; "My View" search results; Digital signature; and Fast Search & Transfer integration.
