Stellent Offers Sarbanes-Oxley Roadshow; Bühler AG Chooses Stellent

Stellent, Inc., a provider of content management solutions, will host a series of seminars for senior financial and IT professionals to demonstrate how a content management infrastructure helps public companies meet Sarbanes-Oxley (including Section 404 compliance) and other financial and non-financial disclosure requirements. The seminars will be held in six cities throughout the United States in November.

Titled "Closing the Compliance Gap æ Addressing Sarbanes-Oxley with a Complete Solution," the seminars will focus on educating senior professionals on how content management-based applications, such as the Stellent' Sarbanes-Oxley Solution, can streamline the extensive documentation and business processes required to meet this government mandate. Protiviti Inc., an internal audit, business, and technology risk consulting firm with expertise in corporate governance issues and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, will co-present at the seminars.

The six-city seminar series will feature presentations from Protiviti and Stellent executives, and a demonstration of the Stellent Sarbanes-Oxley Solution. Seminars are scheduled to take place in the following cities during November: Nov. 4, Los Angeles; Nov. 5, San Francisco; Nov. 11, Boston; Nov. 12, New York; Nov. 18, Houston; and Nov. 19, Minneapolis.

The Sarbanes-Oxley Solution is an application based on Stellent's Universal Content Management architecture, which is designed to allow the various parties involved in the compliance process to quickly, easily, and securely create, manage, share, track, approve, and archive information pertaining to disclosures and financial reporting, using only a Web browser. The solution is personalized for non-technical business users, such as auditors, accountants, and CFOs, and features an interface that uses field-specific terminology and guides users through the system.

Stellent GmbH, the Munich-based subsidiary of Stellent, Inc., has announced that Bühler AG, a manufacturer of production and processing systems for the food, chemical engineering, and die casting industries, has selected Stellent's Universal Content Management to manage business documents and Web content across its global intranet. Bühler is based in Uzwil, Switzerland and employs more than 6,300 employees in 140 countries. Buhler is implementing its Stellent-powered intranet in an effort to improve the overall quality and consistency of published product information and internal Web sites, and to automate business processes throughout the enterprise.
