Standard Chartered Bank Chooses Parlano MindAlign for EIM

Parlano, Inc., a provider of enterprise instant messaging solutions, has announced that Standard Chartered Bank has standardized its presence, individual, and group instant messaging infrastructure on Parlano MindAlign. Replacing previously deployed presence and messaging solutions, Standard Chartered Bank's Wholesale Bank operations sought a scalable, intelligent application framework for the integration and management of time-sensitive information and communications for employees in more than 50 countries. MindAlign enables the bank to communicate and coordinate group and individual communications and access the Bank's research across multiple continents.
