Cambridge University Press added six more academic presses to its University Publishing Online (UPO) platform: Anthem Press, from Wimbledon Publishing Co.; Boydell & Brewer Ltd.; Edinburgh University Press; Nottingham University Press; Pickering & Chatto Publishers; and the University of Adelaide Press. Content from these publishers will roll out in the coming months, bringing UPO's offering to more than 14,000 titles from a total of ten global presses.
Anthem Press is set to launch in March with 125 titles in subjects ranging from drama and theatre to policy, international relations, and medicine. The Boydell & Brewer Group publish across the humanities, including history and the arts, and is scheduled to bring more than 400 titles to UPO. Edinburgh University Press will contribute roughly 200 titles across 16 subjects within the humanities, social sciences, and STM (science, technology, and medicine).
Nottingham University Press publishes across a wide range of scientific subjects, from animal science to scientific communication; the publisher is scheduled to launch between April and May and contribute more than 40 titles to UPO. Pickering & Chatto will have over 370 titles available on UPO, covering humanities and social sciences subjects from philosophy and religion to economics, finance, and business. The University of Adelaide Press will contribute a preliminary 16 titles across humanities, social sciences, and STM disciplines.
