The integration leverages Sitecore's new OBEC (Out of the Box Engagement for Commerce) integration framework to bring cross-channel engagement to e-commerce. A customer's shopping experience can be customized based on activity in other channels, including email, mobile and print. In addition, a customer's experience in those other channels can be tailored based on e-commerce site activity.
