(IMS) released SimplyProspects.com, an online marketplace that matches prospects, defined as consumers who have expressed interest in products or services, with businesses looking to increase revenue. SimplyProspects.com is designed to be a cost-effective solution for small businesses looking to acquire customers, matching them with highly-profiled, phone-verified, certified prospects.

IMS used its experience in internet marketing to power SimplyProspects.com with a software engine that relies on algorithms to determine certification of prospects and then categorize them. Businesses can then review certification results for each prospect. SimplyProspects.com launched for businesses serving the legal community in July. Lawyers can use the site to sign up, review, and acquire prospects. IMS plans to implement additional vertical marketplaces over the next 2 years.
