On Thursday, May 8, Clipboard -- a visual web clipping service -- announced it has been acquired by Salesforce. As a result the company will shut down its services on June 30, 2013. This leaves time for current users to download the content they have amassed during their time with Clipboard, and view it offline.

Keeeb responded by announcing in a blog post that it has developed a function that will allow former Clipboard users to upload the zip file version of their clipped content to a Keeeb account. According to the blog post: "We will then upload your file, analyze it on our server and create Keeeb Pages from your boards, put all your clips into the right place and add you comments and tags to them."
