SDL Tridion 2009's taxonomy and content classification capabilities allow web content to be categorized through a tagging system, enabling visitors to view relevant content through a navigation system. The multi-channel marketing capabilities integrate with the suite’s audience management capabilities to ensure content is delivered across all online and offline marketing collateral. Response rates, such as click-throughs, are monitored and this data is automatically used to update the customer intelligence module for future communications.
