Red Graphic Systems Launches Free Web Development Tool

Red Graphic Systems, a Russian Web design company, has announced the launch of an open source project at www.xmlsapiens.org, designed for all developers of Web sites with content management systems. The site presents XML Sapiens core code in different programming languages, as well as open source CMS (namely SAPID) designed to present XML Sapiens capabilities. SAPID is open source software for free distribution under the terms of GNU General Public License. This program is a WYSIWYG Web site management system as well as an open source Web development environment. XML Sapiens is intended to enable developers to create interfaces without system programming. The project is aimed at professional CMS-developers and those who use open source content management systems for their Web sites. All documents about XML Sapiens are available in English and Russian.
