BEST PRACTICES SERIES

Q-Sensei, a search navigation solution provider, introduced FeedBooster, a free, web-based RSS feed reader designed to help searchers narrow results down to relevant and timely information. With a customizable dashboard to review feeds, FeedBooster uses Q-Sensei's multi-dimensional search technology to help readers search, browse, discover, and share results, using a personalized combination of filters.

Q-Sensei's FeedBooster features login via Google, Facebook, or Open-ID; ability to import from Google Reader; flexible browsing options and formats; sharing of feed items over email, Facebook, or Twitter; customizable sorting of feed trends; and highlighted text on searches. Though it has currently only been released as a web format, tablet and smartphone web versions and apps are expected to be released this fall.
