ProQuest now offers the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News (1983 to present) through ProQuest's online interface. These newspapers expand the local and regional news content available through ProQuest, and both titles are cross-searchable with all ProQuest Newsstand titles, including The New York Times. Users can now search the comprehensive coverage of these two Philadelphia papers. The Philadelphia Inquirer, the third oldest surviving newspaper in the U.S., is one of the top 20 newspapers by circulation, and has won 18 Pulitzer prizes. This paper has 11 bureaus around suburban Philadelphia and the U.S., as well as 5 international bureaus. Philadelphia Daily News, a tabloid newspaper that began in 1925, now has circulation of almost 114,000 readers.
