ProQuest Information and Learning has signed a new agreement with The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) to distribute the full text of the medical journal electronically to libraries, hospitals, and educational institutions. ProQuest Information and Learning, a unit of ProQuest Company, creates and publishes databases for libraries and educational institutions worldwide. The new agreement allows ProQuest to offer NEJM in several ProQuest online databases including: ProQuest Research Library, ProQuest 5000, ProQuest Medical Library, Medline with Full Text, CINAHL Database with Full Text, ProQuest Health and Medical Complete, PsycINFO Database with Full Text, XanEdu CoursePacks, and eLibrary, among others. Backfile rights dating back to 1996 are included in the agreement. Content in XanEdu CoursePacks will be current with the print edition of NEJM. Other databases will be embargoed 90 days. Full text and Text+ Graphics formats will be used in all services.  Subscribers can sign up for the ProQuest specialized email notification lists at: http://www.proquest.com/proquest/em-notecontent.shtml to receive notification when the full-text title is loaded and available.
