The partnership is designed to provide collaboration and conferencing tools that deliver a new set of functionality not previously available.
PictureTalk is a scalable online meeting environment that allows businesses to standardize on a Web conferencing platform that is easy to use and administer, can be deployed rapidly at the individual or enterprise level, and provides a high state of data security. PictureTalk is available as a Web-hosted service, PictureTalk Hosted Services, and an installed enterprise software application, PictureTalk Enterprise Conference Server (ECS). Designed to run natively on any client platform, including Windows, Macintosh, and Solaris, PictureTalk allows meeting presenters to capture information in real-time right from their desktop, and share and collaborate over the Internet with an unlimited number of attendees.
Wave Three Software, Inc. develops desktop communication software for voice-video-data communication over IP networks, including the Internet. Wave Three's Session software delivers Voice over IP, Video over IP, and data application sharing in an integrated suite. Developed on a SIP-based architecture, Session is designed to deliver the performance of special purpose systems over standard computers and networks.
