Pageflex, a provider of cross-media and Web-to-print technology for personalized marketing, has announced the release of Pageflex Persona Cross Media Suite, a new desktop software application suite enabling targeted and personalized content in both print and email. The product incorporates variable data and cross-media functionality from Pageflex into a desktop application and enables database-driven personalized output in both print and email.
Among the features are cross-media capabilities for creating coordinated, personalized print and email campaigns; variable-length document capabilities; support for workflows that imprint variable data on preprinted color shells; and the ability to compose text in more than 60 languages, including Japanese and Chinese. The core technology features an XML composition engine, designed specifically for variable data, and patented "flex" technology that automatically resizes items on a page based on the amount of custom content added. These features are designed to enable users to produce database-driven, one-to-one targeted , and personalized documents including direct-mail postcards, mailers and emails, coupons, business cards, event-related collateral, marketing materials, travel itineraries, personalized booklets, and more. In addition, the product offers migration options enabling adaptability to business requirements.
Pageflex Persona Cross Media Suite is available now from Pageflex and its resellers. The complete application suite is priced at $4,995, which includes output drivers for EPS, HTML, PostScript, and PDF. Add-on drivers for optimized output formats are available for $2,500. Available optimized output drivers include PPML, VDX, VIPP, VPS, and JLYT.
