Oxford University Press Partners with EBSCO

Oct 12, 2010

Oxford University Press (OUP) reached an agreement with EBSCO Publishing in which OUP will make its content available through the EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS). Users will be able to search OUP using EDS's interface, simplifying the research process. Particular OUP resources that will be available through EDS include the Oxford Journals Collection, which is composed of 220 journals on several academic topics, and the Oxford Journals Archive, which includes journals dating from 1849-1995.

The EDS Base Index, which serves as the foundation of EDS's library, is composed of data from about 20,000 information providers throughout the world. Other EDS users include Baker & Taylor, NewsBank, and Alexander Street Press.
