OverDrive Brings Audiobook Access to Schools

OverDrive, a provider of ebooks and audiobooks, announced the launch of its AudioBook Classroom service, which allows K-12 schools to provide access to a sizable catalogue of audiobooks of many different genres and varieties. AudioBook Classroom gives schools the ability to offer recreational reading titles in any of 29 different subjects, which can be listened to both on a personal computer or on portable media players. The service includes both contemporary novels and classics such as The Great Gatsby and Paradise Lost.
