Open Text has also announced that MicroPatent LLC, an intellectual property information-management solution provider, has selected Livelink Discovery Server. MicroPatent is using Livelink Discovery Server's search and retrieval features in an effort to enhance the company's patent research and analysis offerings. A provider of patent content and advanced IP analytics, MicroPatent houses a commercial database of patent information. It offers both full-text and front-page patent data, in addition to visualization tools, file histories, trademark data, professional research services, and consulting engagements.
