OneTouch Systems has announced a capabilities enhancement for their OneTouch 5 product suite. This enhancement, known as OneTouch On Demand is intended to enable businesses to multiply the ROI of their existing live and online training and presentation investments. On Demand allows business users to modify and reuse elearning content and to deploy that new content at any time to meet training or presentation needs, overcoming barriers of time, distance, bandwidth, and budget. In addition, OneTouch is announcing further developments in the OneTouch Quality 5 program, a redesigned customer services offering. The program offers customers different levels of service, and all levels now include an eservices option, enabling users to access data and reports via OneTouch's Customer Care system.
