OneSource Introduces Account Intelligence for AppExchange; Match and Append

OneSource Information Services, Inc., an infoUSA company, and salesforce.com , a provider of on-demand customer relationship management (CRM), has announced Account Intelligence for AppExchange. Built on salesforce.com's Appforce on-demand platform, Account Intelligence for AppExchange integrates a repository of business information, which includes company profiles, executive information, financial data, account profile data and contact information directly with Salesforce. Account Intelligence for Appforce is available immediately, and will be generally available via the AppExchange with the Winter '06 launch.

Account Intelligence for AppExchange, part of the OneSource Catalyst line of integration modules, embeds business information covering millions of companies and executives directly within Salesforce. Companies now have access to new applications that bring the benefits of salesforce.com to their entire business, letting them manage and share all of their company information on demand. Account Intelligence for AppExchange integrates OneSource's company information including detailed business profiles, key executive contacts, financials, corporate family structures, analysts' reports, up-to-date company news, and more. Individual users control which OneSource information items to populate within their Salesforce interface, and have access to rich OneSource information.

Account Intelligence for AppExchange requires either Professional Edition or Enterprise Edition from salesforce.com. Customers can choose from four content packages of increasing depth and a variety geographical options including US, UK, Europe, Asia, or all of the above. Pricing starts at $600 per user/year and volume discounts apply.

OneSource has also announced a new content service, Match and Append. With Match and Append, OneSource users can load or update their CRM or other internal customer information systems with company profile and contact details from OneSource. With Match and Append, OneSource enables users to match internal customer and prospect data against OneSource's repository of business information and then load complete company profile and executive records or update incorrect or missing data fields within their existing systems. Once a OneSource record is stored in a system, it is automatically linked to the OneSource Information Warehouse allowing on-demand updates to keep information current. The new service, which supports salesforce.com, Siebel, Microsoft Word, and other CRM and customer information systems, is available immediately with pricing starting at $2,500.
