Odyssey Interactive Limited, a U.K.-based intranet software provider, has announced the availability of its new intranet module, Question Bank. Question Bank is designed to enable companies to test employees’ knowledge and understanding using content-based tests on their intranets.
Odyssey Interactive surveyed a selection of their 100,000 intranet software users, which found that many organizations require a way of measuring whether staff have understood information that is published via their intranets such as company policies, Health & Safety procedures, product knowledge, and IT policies, etc. Question Bank can be used to assess employees’ knowledge and understanding using content-based tests via the intranet. Question Bank can provide management with evidence of employee understanding and awareness levels.
Question Bank can be used for testing on areas such as: company policies/procedures; Health & Safety policies and procedures; staff induction tests; IT policies; product knowledge; self-paced learning programs; and staff morale boosting.
