Nexidia Launches Management Consulting Practice

Nexidia, a provider of audio search and speech analytics solutions, has announced that it has launched a Management Consulting Practice to help customers increase productivity, reduce overhead, and improve quality levels in their contact centers.

The Nexidia Management Consulting Practice will enable Nexidia customers to maximize the impact of implementing Nexidia's speech analytics solution. The Nexidia Management Consulting team will be led by industry professionals Suzy Weaver, Mike Hutchison, and M.J. Lichtenberg. Collectively, they bring expertise in areas such as: customer service, workforce management, quality-monitoring processes, training procedures, productivity improvements, revenue management, strategy development, and contact center analysis/evaluation.
