Nexidia ESI 5.0 is designed to impact an organization's ability to generate and analyze intelligence contained in recorded spoken interactions.
New features in Nexidia ESI 5.0 include: Enhanced analysis using metadata - Nexidia ESI 5.0 is designed to enable more sophisticated analyses of the attributes surrounding the recorded audio. Additional reporting and trending capabilities - Nexidia ESI 5.0 is designed to enable users to view search results in user-defined combinations using call data and metadata. Intelligence gained from recorded speech can be viewed and analyzed to provide insight into business issues.
Enhancements to searching recorded speech - Nexidia ESI 5.0 is designed to bring searching capabilities with the addition of search best-practices functionality. The Nexidia search and query functionality can now be used to perform searches and queries generating intelligence relevant to the user's information needs.
Media Replay and Search - The Nexidia ESI 5.0 replay functionality is designed to allow sorting and reporting of search results by user-chosen metadata fields. Media Replay is intended to enable the user to review and replay search results at the point in the file where the result happens. Visualization of each recorded file and the associated results are designed to enable targeted listening to key findings. These additional searches give the user a way to investigate the results set for more information.
